REFUNDS & RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Sisters Impacting Society Movement does not offer refunds of any kind for any membership purchased through Sisters Impacting Society Network.

  • We offer a 1-month free membership with every membership tier that gives you full access to our members only content.
  • You can cancel during your free trial period any time within one month to avoid being billed
  • NOTE: Only one free trial is granted per registration. Should you cancel during your free trial and register again for access into our membership, you will be charged immediately, and that sale will be final.

WHY NO REFUNDS?

In order to maintain the systems and services that help us serve you, we have chosen to reinvest funds we receive through Sisters Impacting Society Network back into Sisters Impacting Society Movement LLC. In the long-run, this helps us to limit price increases, and keep from passing costs back to those who maintain their membership in the Sisters Impacting Society Network.

ARE THERE ANY EXCEPTIONS?

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have a right to cancel any established membership, and request a refund within a period of 14 days beginning with the day after purchase.

AFTER REQUESTING REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your refund request is received and eligibility is determined by our Sisters Impacting Society Network team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days that will be confirmed via email once your refund has been processed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after receiving confirmation from our Sisters Impacting Society Network team that your refund request has been approved and processed, please consider the following steps you can take to follow up with your refund request:

  • Check your email to confirm the amount of time needed for your refund to be processed.
  • Check with your financial institution to see if there may be a required processing time before your requested refund is posted.
  • If you’ve checked all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at network@sismovement.org.

GIFTS
In the case you receive an item marked as a gift or not purchased and sent to you from our Sisters Impacting Society Network team, please note that several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Used articles of clothing
